           People Representation Act 1951 should amended, General candidates should allow to contest on Reserved seats to encourage voting percentage but if they failed to lead 10% of total polling votes then reserved candidate will declare as winner neither general candidate will win.

      Which Indian citizens are living out from his constituency for study, job & other purpose. Need to make mechanism for their voting right security so they can use his vote.

Next time reserved seats will be near 49% to 50% because women reservation 33% will start. Now Schedule caste 15% & Schedule tribe 7.5% reservation is running in election & government jobs. After adjusting women quota in  SC & ST reservation effective near 49% to 50% will be applicable.

As per Article 335 of constitution of India govt should fix selection of Schedule caste, tribe, divyang, widow/ divorcee and others in government jobs & competitive exams only below 10% of General cut off & only 5% below Other backward class & Economic weaker section candidates. If they failed to score certain marks then seats should filled by merit holders.

Which students scored more marks then selected candidates in govt jobs but unselected in final selection would get 5 years compensation on monthly basis.

Article 335. The claims of the member of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes shall be taken into consideration, consistently, with the maintenance of efficiency of administration in the making of appointments to services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union or of a State.
