Today after waked up I felt some body pain backside it was due to muscular pain or gastric pain so I didn't ate breakfast so now I am feeling good. I will use avipatikar churna, hingwastak churna, dadimastak churn after half an hour lunch so gastric problem will be solved. We all needs to keep health fit so we can work for our aim. Mostly due to Lockdown walking because very less so body activness became low and feeling lazy. So now I will make my strict daily routine from morning wake up to night sleeping. Exercise most essential part of our routine so we will be healthy. Today I am sharing jambukeshwar temple of tamilnadu.
