Today I am feeling good yesterday night I had taken my ayurvedic medicine after a long sleep problem of headaches is solve. Today judicial works is stopped due to Covid -19 cases. Today Nokha my home town covid -19 spread increased and 13 positive cases disclose. So I have taken ayurvedic medicine for immunity boost up. Now life is under fear and suspance. What is our health position will be in future no one can say so need for awareness in present so can catch healthy life in future. Today I am sharing south Indian meal Tamilnadu.  I have gone to tamilnadu at 2008 and visited Chennai, Triruchirapalli, Madurai, Kanyakumari and Rameshwaram temples.
