Present time need to be fit and healthy so blood circulation will flow properly and extracts will out from body. We should run one kilometres per day and 25 push up , 25 stand up seat down so our body arteries pumps blood velocity will increase and cleaning process will start. After one month need to increase 20% and do till 2 months now we will complete 3 months and there after increase excercise as per your body stamina. Eat food as per body requirements.  After 3 month your weight will down 4 to 6 kg. Today I am imaging a water house boat thats a pleasure moment.
